Go Montreal - CONTEST

Contest rules and details:
Contest participants must be 21 years of age or older with one entry per person. All completed surveys must be returned to Go Montreal online at www.go-montreal.com. All surveys must be received by Go Montreal no later than January 30, 2009 at 5p.m. Winners will be randomly drawn. Once prize will be awarded to the winner consisting of a Saturday night dinner for two at Restaurant Chez Queux in Old Montreal, gift certificate value $200.00. The total retail value of this prize is $200.00cdn. Taxes and gratuities are the responsibility of the winner. The prize is non-transferable. The winner receives only the prize described above and not a cash equivalent. The winner acknowledges that their transportation to and from Montreal, insurances of any kind whatsoever and liability for damages by or to the winner is their responsibility. The winners name will be drawn randomly picked Febuary, 2009 at the Go Montreal office in Montreal Quebec at 12:00 noon. The winner will be contacted by telephone or e-mail. The prizes must be claimed within 10 days of the drawing date by responding by telephone or e-mail. The prize must be used by Oct 1,2009. Black outs include Canadian Labor Day weekend and Canadian Thanksgiving weekend. Employees and subcontractors of Go Montreal and friends & family members thereof may not participate in this contest. Reservations must be made with a minimum of two weeks notice and are subject to hotel and restaurant availability. The contest is void where prohibited.Winners agree to have their names published online.
